Consistency is very important, but we will make sure the assigned bookkeeper's personality and skill level match your needs.

Individually Priced Services

Some clients don't needs bookkeeping regularly and call us every other month, quarterly, or as needed to get them up to date. Our aim is for high level of excellence for our Regular Clients, but require that those clients acknowledge the following caveats:

Brio bookkeeper availability cannot be guaranteed within 10 days
Brio has limited ability to estimate the scope, timeliness and cost of catch up work.
Brio will not be responsible for data backups or maintenance of documents
Clients must take responsibility for reviewing reports
Clients must have their own financial advisory team and not rely soley on Brio to manage regulatory compliance

3R Service

Review - Reconcile - Report

Our 3R service is for clients that have their own staff available to create and code transactions, but who want expert eyes to verify monthly balances and review reports for errors. Brio will ensure that our clients' books produce superior reports by:

Reviewing your questions
Reconciling bank and credit card statements
Reviewing reports for coding errors
Creating journal entries
Closing the books
Making adjustments to Chart of Accounts as necessary
Providing a plan of correction for errors found

Cost is on a sliding scale based on the needs of your business

CFO-level Service

All companies need a trusted adviser acting as a CFO. We can take that role and will teach you how to review your books for errors, when to ask for help, how to most efficiently use your software and get reports that make sense.

Job Placement

Brio can help you find the right employee. We offer an array of services that you can select from to meet your needs, including:

Creating job posting based on your needs;
Post the position anonymously on your behalf, utilizing job boards connected to your field;
Sort and review submission;
Pre-qualify potential candidates (e.g. calling references);
Conduct initial assessment;
Assist with interviews - either as a guest or initial interviewer;
Assist with onboarding and training your new hire;
Provide ongoing support to new staff and/or client point person;

Flat rate of: 5% of offerred salary - covers posting and assessment fees, approx. 3-5 postings per position. Payable in installments. 6-month guarantee: If your new hire doesn't work out during, or at the end of the first 6 months, we start over without additional fees.
